I believe the OS is still quite small. I believe all of those shares that scammer Ken sold off to convert to his own personal preferred shares are on restriction. I am pretty sure he has 25 Billion that is then converted to preferred. However I think there is going to be some sort of restriction on them so they do not dilute us down. I think this is one of the issues being handled by new company. I am sure when the PR's hit soon it will be detailed.
