I've never seen a penny company abide by its timetable for such but this gives us hope they will be out soon. I have degrees in both accounting and law and those 2 groups are some of the most ana-ly retentive groups you can find and the auditing process is incredibly time consuming,plus legal has to go over things w management to inter alia comply w all SEC (another retentive organization) requirements.
Once financials are released and NEWC is OTCQB again(within days)the potential investor pool will increase dramatically - true longs-not the gamers we've seen so far- and that is when, despite all the mm manipulation etc- the pps will begin its long term fundamental value price rise.
