The reference to more funds will be necessary to move stocks higher as their PPS rises is both true and yet somewhat misleading. Right now, the pool of investors that are actively watching and participating in the drive up of CANN or other comparable sector stocks, is primarily from scarce institutional buying and largely unsolicited retail investors.

That's starting to change in a very positive way. As the stock rises above $4.25 and trends above $5 it will gain the ability to be solicited by most broker houses thus growing the pool of investors that will increase the money flow with greater transactional volume.

Yes, some companies have diluted shares as a source for working capital. Welcome to Wall Street. Some more than others, but not CANN. The float on CANN has steadily shrunk as some institutions have now started to seriously pick up on CANN and a few others.
