I believe CPXX was trading near or below cash value, just before its Phase III results were announced. It went from $1.12 to over $30 in six weeks. Maybe the exception that proves the rule.

CPXX may be the exception to another (Feuerstein) rule: No micro-cap biotech can take an oncology drug successfully through pivotal trails.
