Seek, I have noted your concerns about the convertible notes, however I do not think shareholders have much to worry about as the newly sold debt if true is for only $310,000.00 can could easily be paid back by the suitor should the conversion be 6 month out from the time of loan.

In any event, we will know more when the current notes get converted by mid December and the 10k filing come out.
