Share retirement agreements for each of the principal shareholders are being drawn up now;

the description of these agreements will be provided upon their execution, also scheduled to complete next week.

The total number of shares being retired will be announced at that time.

Will we get another PR next week explaining the details of agreements for each principal and the execution of the O/S reduction?
