The video will definitely show the same cars as your photos. Looks like we were probably there within an hour of each other.

Per my original post, note that there are two "recent" building permits issued for 2902 West Virginia, which I believe is the correct address for that building. 2909 WV would be on the south side of the street. Both permits appear to be related to water related systems. One shows the owner as S&S Holdings LLC, which is the same name as is listed on the zoning variance request, along with American Green / ERBB, for the same building, one year ago. Deadline tomorrow(?).

I would have expected more permits, and for things to be moving along much more quickly, and to have caught wind about the required ADHS approval, but for now and based on these observations I can't say that "nothing" is going on there. But the lack of apparent progress remains disheartening.

One more note: The lady at ADHS said they don't (ever) approve cultivation sites until construction is complete, and it appears the zoning variance request stipulated one year to complete and acquire those, which ends tomorrow. Unless they can get some kind of extension, I don't see how they could possibly complete construction and get such approval to meet the existing zoning stipulation. Some sarcasm intended there.
