Hello all, I know everyone has missed me, but I had to comment
on many of the posts I have read recently. Try not to look at it in a negative light, but as someone who had never heard of Nord Oil before. Here goes:

I am sure that a great majority of everyone on this board is very positive of Nord Oil....the reason being that all are sure that the stock is undervalued. That may be true, but the reason for it lies 100% with management....not the MM's, bashers, pumpers, shorts, etc, etc.

I will back up my statement by pointing everyone's attention to some recent posts. It seems to me that everyone here looking at the same stock, and the same PR's, and having done their own DD (as well as sharing others')cannot seem to agree on what this company consists of....and as a result cannot accurately come up with a true and accurate value for today, and just as importantly, for tomorrow. Just magnify that by thousand's and thousand's of investors who are having the same problem before they can decide to buy the stock.

It would seem to me that one of the first PR's from the new investor relations company should clearly explain the totality of the merger, and the present and future structure of the merged company. If the company would eliminate all the guesswork, perhaps prospective investors, as well as the present investors, might be able to accurately value the company....and as a result, the price per share.
