Responding to anon posters who pretend like they know stuff.

No sense responding to folks who don't understand accounting, law or finance. Folks that will not listen to all of the legal experts, accounting experts or finance experts. They seem to know it all.

Rooting against full and fair disclosure of whether the gov't was instituting a taking when they claim that a taking has not occurred.

Rooting against a judge who is showing unusual deference to the gov't but at the same time respects the plaintiffs.

I can't wait until Gretchen Morgenson, George Will, Bethany MacLean and the other pulitzer winners put out more articles about what is occurring here.
