Actually it was stated when they acquired the company lol. It seems shorts try to spin this as "new" when it's not if one had read the initial PR.

Moreover, please look up the definition of accretive acquisition

Dilution is only bad when is not accretive so sadly accretion matters!

But let's not get caught up in facts and financial reality!
