I think the part where Zwagbox said they were "opening an inquiry into both of your issues" really seems to ignore the fact there are hundreds of subscribers with issues. Essentially every single subscriber has an issue with not getting the second box.

I would think the way to not bill subscribers again would be a back office function that Zwagbox would have to initiate through their Cratejoy account. I can't think of a way a customer could adjust their account other than cancelling the subscription. It wouldn't make sense that a customer could turn billing on or off.

More typical vague responses from the Zwagbox team. By team, I mean Benny.
