T-s are an accumulation from the selling market maker. The only reason they put out a T is because they did not sell their entire order. There is still more to sell on this order, but they needed to clear the books because the way FINRA makes them account for the sales they are short and the T-trade clears out the short. If they had fulfilled the order during the course of the trading day there would have been a print showing the average sale price.
