The attornye replied trial ended last June and pos-trial briefings ended in October. Bascially everyone is waiting. When asked how it whent he said no way to guess the outcome. it is entirely up to the judge. I have to think the chances of a zero settlemetn is as good as a $980M award. Somewhere in between is more likley. My conclusion is that non one konws, the recent slight decline is impatient bagholders and we just wait and see what happens.
