Yes, we have DD that says otherwise and it has been posted over and over.

Adam S. Tracy hijacked this shell and has an active SEC investigation on him in progress over what they suspect are fraudulent S-1 filings for about a dozen other companies.

Tracy has also hijacked around two dozen other shells recently.

Hayes is a convicted felon who claimed to receive a JD from Columbia while in reality he was in the BOP system.

No actual business to merge with exists that can be proven.

The real excitement will be when the reality of it all comes to light.
