Kaiser Slaughter wrote a decent representation. Did he interview any of the principles in the company? I noticed he did not mention the blacked out FAA document obtained by FOI. Or mention that the document was for just one of the evac tests. Where are the others?
He should have requested the complete documentation from the FAA.

Oh well, we just need that lease... which by the way was not mentioned either, nor the services of CP Capital. The saga continues.
