What do you think will hold? I can see sporadic pumps with pps increase, but just looking long-term, I don't see what's going to hold the pps at any increased value unless there's a share reduction. Assuming the patches are the greatest thing since sliced bread, they are still entering a fairly small value market as a new comer and are going to be paying decently high per-unit manufacturing costs until demand helps create a decent economy of scale. I would put an absolute max cap on net profit under $2MM for the first few years in an absolutely perfect world. Then, back to the actual meat and potatoes of the business, we are looking at several hundred million in spend over the next 5-10 years for trial runs on a drug trial that they are obviously having patent issues with. A moonshoot JV with a bio willing to help fund a large portion of that burden is completely possible if this product is as revolutionary as they state (with extremely limited public data), but even then, at this stage the risk of not going to market is still over 90%, so its not like its going to be funded at a percentage rate high enough for biei to cover the rest on the best of days. Where is that money going to come from? We all know.
