Re: Although it will not be the first time for the market to get AMD-based notebooks with ATI GPUs inside, Dell's offering will be the first launched after AMD's recent announcement of acquiring ATI for US$5.4 billion, the sources noted.

LOL, there's $5.4B well spent. AMD is now using an ATI chipset in a laptop, something they could have done before the merger as well.
