No. I was just clarifying that TALK is not the party filing for BK, UMS is.
This goes back to the argument that someone was making that no company running a scam would file for BK, and allow itself to be scrutinized. First of all, I am pretty sure that scams do file for BK, probably quite often. Secondly, in this case, UMS filed for BK, not TALK. It is not TALK's financial records that are going to be exposed for all to see. Instead, it is UMS's records, which show they are an utter failure.
