A big hint that they're selling stock instead of making deals is the fact that they're not even naming the company they're supposedly dealing with. Nobody worth a damn will deal with EAPH after all their past failures in these "deals." It would be an embarrassment to any decent outfit even to be mentioned by EAPH. Lawsuits might follow even from EAPH's dropping their name and suggesting that they are "dealing" with EAPH.

Is this the best this new guy's got? Vague forward-looking statements? Stockholders had better hope not.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
