I never heard not being able 2SELL a stock especially if it's Current Reporting/ Alternate Reporting in this case -- sometimes U. S. brokers halt BUYING if there's huge sudden movement but NOT on this stock, you may just have the wrong broker? OR it has something to do with German restrictions? There are NO reported issues with "failure to deliver."

Only thing going should have nothing to do with being able to sell, there may be some resistance to moving past .0006 given how fast it's climbed back from your .0001 -- lucky you -- and there's a backlog, what are you trying to sell at?

The Ask @15M seems to be holding fairly steady and despite the strong bid support @5 it did dip to 4 today so there's a huge Bid Wall there, will take a little time to get through the volume of buying and selling is all.
