Doesn't matter how it's spelled, he's a crony and it's obvious he's selling already....

As of to say to all the shareholders...."Hey, I'm now part of the Goober team of mismanagement and deception and thank you for your money you poor and misguided shareholder".

Isn't anyone getting tired of getting screwed by Goober? It's so fricking obvious he has no intention of making the shareholder feel a part of his company plans other than the being screwed part.

RS soon? Wouldn't that just be the icing on Goobers cake.
