They were supposed to produce docs 9/30. Today is now 10/27. Don't have the wordage in front of me but in layman' terms she says:

"now, now big brother I've already told you a month ago to give plaintiffs the docs. I'll give you until Friday now to tell me why you shouldn't. If you do so happen to want to hand them over, I'll give you until 11/1".

Sans the legal terms, cause who needs that
