I'm thinking the same thing or perhaps Zaric has paid off the loans.

I say this because for one, there has been SS increase.

And secondly since we all know how toxic lenders are like wolves in a chicken coop I'm doubtful that they would be waiting this long to sell the shares they would be honored once the loans matured.

Some say that the lenders are waiting for the company to file the financial reports but I don't think that's true as these types of lenders want their money yesterday.
