What grades are expected from the underground mining they are planning? That and the price of gold will likely determine if a major miner would be interested in a buyout.

As of now, I'd say they are dead in the water, but that could change. Obviously from the precipitous drop in price, many of the funds who held the stock are now abandoning ship.
