$CGRA owns land and buildings that MJ growers are using to grow MJ. CGRA also leases CBD oil equipment to MJ growers. So it's like a one stop shop for MJ growers. CGRA is one of the only OTC's that actually have MJ growing on their property.

On the other side of the business, CGRA owns numerous oil leases, which has nabbed them $millions in a bond deal. "Asset based financing".
