When you hear the cc and milestones from deck - it said Q1-2017

When companies give quarter based milestones - it is always end of quarter. If they think they can do before they give more precise info.

So it is industry practice to assume end of quarter as the deadlines.

Also - is there big difference between mid or end of quarter? It is just 1.5 months - when the co has not enrolled 30 patients in 12 months - this kind of 1.5 months is just rounding difference.

In my view - getting the news that enrollment is complete is big deal.
