So this is the JV in question. WSRA is putting up the water rights for development. A LOI has been signed but a DA will not be reached until funding is secured. Now 134k was listed on WSRA Q2 2016 report as a Capitalized Water Development Cost. Could that be through the JV or just WSRA alone? Not sure. But money was spent developing the water rights. That seems to be pretty clear to me, now im not an accounting expert so you're more than welcome to look through there Q2 report to see if i missed something.
