max57, you may be right. However, the now famous "we just need a contract" call that I've seen on these boards time and again was very unrealistic at those times; you simply can't sell a product that's still in development.

IMO, we now appear to be out of the R&D phase as we have a product - a NOC (despite any criticisms one may lob at it) complete with proprietary software and digital meters that will use that NOC. We have a product for immediate sale as well as a source of continuing revenue in place (network fees.) Unless I'm missing something, we are NOW in a position to pray for, and fantasize about, contracts. Personally, I think this is still a year or two from fruition and there are still a lot of pitfalls ahead (all having to do with possible management errors in the future.) However, that being said, I am beginning to feel more positive (so translate that to read I'm less negative than before) towards the possibilities that this stock presents as I'm seeing some firm, positive movement since my buyin eons ago. It is still a cautionary investment, however, as are all ventures of this kind.
