Trend Is Starting To Build: Volume & Price

Both have been increasing during the month with the down days coming on noticeably much less volume. While true that VFIN is there suppressing price, it does seem pre-mature to take victory laps on the bearish side.

What would happen if VFIN were to move? Not probable, give the history of VELA, but how much inventory can they really absorb? These are questions that should be considered.
