Adama Techologies - Florida SOS
Merger - John Griffin - Incubator Holdings, Inc on February 11, 2016. On 01/19/2016 Adama Technologies changed their name to Incubator Holdings Inc - with the Florida SOS. The registered agent was FINO Investments which is a David George company and he has been convicted of fraud and awaiting sentencing.
The Florida SOS dissolved Incubator Holdings 09/23/2016.
Incubator Holdings Inc. is registered with the Wyoming SOS and they are delinquent on their taxes as of 09/02/2016.
In the last Q filed it was signed by Michael Choo - one of Hipple's partners in OTCM scams.
On August 26, 2016 the 8-K stated that John Griffin had been removed as CEO and Eric Sills had replaced him. But the 10-Q filed on September 26, 2016 had Michael Choo signing the document.
In the 8-K it states that the merger with Incubator Holdings had been cancelled...
But Adama Techologies has been dissolved with the Florida SOS.

Robert Hipple did the merger via Indian River Financial services.
