ADXS fiscal year ends October 31 I believe. I will go out on a limb with the possibility that what we are seeing now is a deal being finalized with Astra Zeneca (pressure on the stock so they are able to buy in around where Amgen did) and the deal will be announced between now and Monday. Monday is October 31, so ADXS could be looking to lock in the deal to put on their books by the end of their fiscal year.
