It's open so based on the court doc in detail, yes. The offer was made and accepted and the store was closed by Moin pending approval. The store reopened roughly a month after closing. I visited when the doors were locked and then after upon opening. I am a T-Mobile customer. Pulled up my account at the location and checked for upgrade allowance. Two other customers in the store with me, one waiting for SIM card and the other I don't know. One guy behind the counter and one guy in back that i know of. I don't trade blindly. Take it or leave it.
