The new law has very stringent limit from big tobacco and large producers to enter the industry as more regulations are put to the test.however big boys can enter through the back door by acquiring the very small microcap to set their foot in the ground .It s just natural .This is the way it is going to happen and USMJ is a prime candidate which is almost vertically integrated through its spinnoffs.It will be a win win situation anyway.
