I agree. It would have nice to have it done in time for elections, but I guess the silver lining is that it would have only attracted flippers. Right now, the majority of people who are buying are holding strong which is better for the stock. As I've said before, it's not a fast mover (which makes it unappealing for flippers), but it's steady in a stair step kind of way. The uptrend is undeniable, and the best part is we are not even close to fair valuation! smile
