This "dividend" is a crock and imo will never happen.

How many PR's pumping that stockholders will be "eligible" for dividend. Not one single mention of settle dates, ex-dividend. etc. in those PR's. It's called bait and switch. The terms changed after people were lured in to this stock. Now they are being forced to hold on for an "expected" additional thirty days while the company gets to see who the suckers are that purchased the stock. And what do you think they are going to do with that information? Can they use your information any way they want to?

Your dividend is now a "forward looking event" complete with all the boiler plate language that should make you suspicious. But once you are in this deep it's hard to turn back.
