More akin to a massive, desperate dump before RS or delisting...dark, defunct, roughly 5,000,000,000 float, $5,000,000 delinquent cash judgement against company, zero leadership, zero product, silence by current POS CEO, Canouse, since the previously worthless POS, Shea D, stepped down...hard to pump...only thing to discuss is fabricated fairy tales, and volume...tough pump, tough to move with the massive float too IMO. Not to mention, at least 2 Retail Brokers have been sell only for years, can't buy even if you wanted them, limited if any retail, massive dumping, not much else, almost everything under the former ASK, now, back at no bid...
