All I will say about the previous CEO and M/A guy is what reasoning would they have to try and "raise" 75,000 at a minimum to right the ship at Medican. Mobiweb said it will cost $250k to do so...very different figures.

Talk to Mobiweb and you will see they have a plan, have PR's ready, have a business model in place for the Medican shell. And oh yeah they actually take 45 minutes out of their day to include CEO and President on phone call. Says alot more than the old crew in my opinion.
