Apparently Barry Baer is still replying to inquiries and representing NeoMedia in whatever condition the company is in.

I asked a few questions and wondered about the stock still being active. This is what I got back.

In response to your questions, our debt holder issued a demand notice and on July 8, 2016 took all assets of the company to include the company's intellectual property. I am not aware company stock has been trading.
