I answered this question:

If Jim were not the CEO and an outside council attorney was engaged to deliver the purchase of Sunworks and the subsequent up-listing, what do you think that attorney would have been paid?

As for this part

and the subsequent up-listing

They actually did bring in outside help to deliver it:

Solar3D Retains Leading National Law Firm as SEC Counsel
Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP to Advise the Company on Securities Related Matters and for Potential Uplisting to a Senior Exchange

Since we are talking about that, do you know what else happened that day? Jimbo's buddies with the p-notes happened to get really "lucky" with their conversion timing and converted and sold a bunch of notes into the good news that day:

That shows that shareholders paid via dilution $956,938.71 to borrow $60,000 for less than one year. Ouch.

Anyways, as for the revenue growth since we are talking about Nelson and his $4M compensation since 2014, what did Nelson do to drive revenue growth? He has himself stated he has no idea how to run a solar installation company to justify compensating Abe so heavily (this justification specifically was given to Jeremy Blum in response to questions after they altered the convertible note held by Abe + fiends to be more favorable).

Nelson got $4M for buying three companies and outsourcing IR. He works from home in Santa Barbara and admits to not being involved in the operations of SUNW. What does he do? People say M & A, but as I have shown it would be much cheaper to outsource that too.

As for Abe selling shares, these shares came from the purchase of the company, which is why I was talking about that. Personally if I was a long term shareholder in this type of company I would want somebody who could increase EPS not just revenues, and then we could talk about increasing comp. The company is making just about the same amount of money at $100M revs as they were at $10M revs which is a huge problem. But then again that's why I am not a long term shareholder.
