oriented. At least they don't define them. They got SUSPENDED for failure to file REQUIRED reports with the FBAR.

They have trouble (and I'm being generous) understanding what's allowed under Florida statues as you can see in this document obtained by the Defendant in the current lawsuit.

Here's the SUSPENSION notice. In it you will see a reference to 9/28/15 warning. A lender to SFRX was claiming the FBAR was about to give the LLC a new permit on 9/25/15. A careful reading of the SUSPENSION notice makes such a claim highly suspect, which is why many conclude this is nothing but a PUMP AND DUMP.
