Looks like ALKM getting promoted from the outside. New MJ eyes on ALKM. ALKM PPS should be interesting for awhile as long as "PROMOTERS" stay.
As far as the Internals of the Company, more Preferred shares, no filings, still poorly managed, as evidenced by Amazon OOS's.
Old Commons will get screwed IMO, but new ALKM "Shareholders" will have fun flipping until the reverse, just don't stay to long IMO
