Thanks but I knew or know that this is going down from Convertibles, thats why I asked him what I did... but then he clarified what he meant.

I knew this was not being sold off by one holder. Question is where is this note listed as I can not find anything in any filings that shows the amount that could justify as many shares that have been dumped over the past two weeks.

There is more to this sell off then just VFIN and CDEL peddling shares.
