If you read the filing why have you been posting messages for the last several days asking what the share structure is?

I believe that with Evan Karris at the helm they will never actually sell that many shares, now that they can get much more per share than .003. They will sell enough to operate the company and continue to make positive advances on the Women's health product's in Mexico and possibly MMJ.

We'll see, TO THE MOON!! LOL
