From what I understand, company spin, their controller is supposed to be talented and will handle most of the duties. I also believe he is qualified. They are bringing in consultants to fill the gap.

I am not sure why Sonny isn't more clear with his vision. While I still stand by my stance he's gearing the company to sell it, releasing your CFO and letting Mike leave does not sit well with anyone including myself; I was no fan of Ty. Sonny should be more upfront with his plan of action, unless of course it alludes to a buyout.
