We have what appears to be a large Merger in its final phase....appears to ME that the two people running the show, Mr. Frack and Mr. Lee, are almost ready to release the beast.

Mr Lee, as a reported major shareholder of the new entity in China is by definition PERSONALLY involved, and determined to dot the I's and cross the T's concerning the financial and other info through the 3rd quarter....he must be an accountant......lol.

Mr. Frack is our go-to guy in the USA, and although trying to provide info, is LEGALLY limited by what he can say other than estimate dates for release of info. He has admitted to some posters here that he was frustrated in missing a filing deadline, something he never has done, and also that hundreds of thousands of dollars have been spent on this 3-year process.....getting most of the filings current, et al.

Both men have impressive resumes at getting these big mergers done and done correctly......which has been frustrating for us.....We all could have used our funds invested here for other purposes, but hopefully we will be well rewarded SOON for our patience and great wisdom.....

I'm hanging in.....wouldn't miss this for the world at this late stage.....
