That very well may be, but I would say there's big difference between a company that is either lazy or has a poor communications person and a out-and-out scam. I'm not defending them, because I don't know enough yet. I appreciate the info. That's the kind of thing I want to know. I've known many a penny that made plans/claims that didn't come to fruition.
