They don't manufacture in India, just assemble, as I recall. All manufacturing was done in Indiana. Bates talks about a lot of big deals, but lifetime claimed revenues don't equal the revenue that should have been realized from either Argentina or Jamaica singularly. Bates placed a lot of free product in order to pump, then, the purchaser stopped purchasing for whatever reason or never actually made a purchase at all. Nothing worth salvaging here really, sign over Tower mill, the only unique aspect, to India, privatize, screw debt and shareholders, and India can continue to buy everything else, solar panels, etc, from 3rd party vendors if they feel it's worth continuing.
