For those who think the market knows all, i have been compiling a list of things the management has knowledge of but has not communicated to the public since the completion of drilling in the JDZ in early 2010. That list of secrets has grown to 8 separate items that have a direct influence on the present value of ERHC and it's assets. Some more so than others but each and every one of these directly impacts what the company is now worth. And that value has to be much larger than the market cap. The market cannot cannot be efficient with only one piece of news [the convertibles ] and that one being a negative while the numerous positive news items being held as secrets.

Also to those expecting a kaboom type deal,please realize that cannot happen until the convertible notes are GONE. The good news is that there are ways to make them go away very quickly. Watch for that!!!
