I'm not sure you do. Lemme dumb down what you just asked for you.

"Why would someone create something that doesn't exist?" Do you know what that's called? An invention! Wow. You did it. Now to classify this as an invention is a stretch of the imagination, but it is something new. Whether or not this CEO takes advantage is different. The implication something doesn't exist because it shouldn't would mean all innovations shouldn't have been made.
