Sustainable vs. unsustainable businesses. That's what I'm comparing. you wrote that putting disclaimers in financial reports like the auditor did is common. It's not common for all companies. It's common for companies who have an unsustainable business model.

Then it is common. You know exactly what that comparison was for. If a company, no matter what their size, has a sustainable business model, that auditor is NOT going to put a financial disclaimer warning investors about the future of the business.
